NOTE: We use the birthday as a way to check if your age for contest sign up. Also the birthday can not be changed once entered into VIP Club!

Please submit your birthday that matches your ID, the birthday is one of the manual checks made to be made before we ship your prize if you win a contest! Also some of the contests are only available to certain age groups!

If you win any contest with any of our stations, you MUST provide a copy photo ID to claim your contest prize, as we check the address with VIP Club with your ID to comfirm winners identification before we ship the prize. We only ship contest prizes to the address given on your VIP Club account! No Expectations! At anytime you can change your address within your account!!!

Members must have a Canadian ID and a Canadian Address! EVO Radio has the right NOT to award a contest winner if they do not have a Canadian ID and a Canadian Address.
